I think its time get big steps up and gives this man some support. he is trying to transform himself back into shape and he needs all the guys here who have all enjoyed his stories and input about sports and bodybuilding.

i think we can all help him get the ball rolling get big style

i have some revolutionary diet techniques id like to unveil during this monumental process. so keith,, lets roll

LMAO!! He has been saying that since i joined here in 2005 or so. All he did since then was getting even fatter and fatter and he would meltdown faster the fatter he got.
Seems that he understood the get big in getbig.com wrong.

If he gets this when it comes out this Fall, he'll be able to get himself in shape in no time. This device may actually put some personal trainers out of business. I can honestly say that it is truly the future of exercise. I intend on pre-ordering one for myself when it comes out

Thnak for the support guys. I have been saying it for years I am going to do it and I have tried it several times and then get sick or something then I start over. I don't quit but there are just times I can't do it I am just to sick. I am actually feeling great right now just a little swollen leg but other than that pretty good. I am working on it. I am really hoping by Olympia I should be good enough to go and let people see me. I am up and about everyday. Walking mostly. Just taking it easy and slow cause I don't want to get sick again. Last time was in March with pnemonia and hypoxia. All that is better. Of course since I went to the hospital I had to have something go wrong so they gave me a slight case of cellulitis in my right hand where they took blood. That swelled my hand up so much I couldn't bend my fingers. That is almost all better. Everything is back to normal except two fingers I can't bend all the way but most of the way. I know it sounds like excuses and anyone who knows me knows I can play through pain and this kind of shit never stopped me before. But, it appears this age shit affects me a little more than I thought. So I am taking it easy and slow so nothing else goes wrong until I get back into shape. The haters can keep saying shit and I do listen but I can't afford to get really sick. So a snail's pace is what I am going at then once things turn around I will be fine nothing will stop me., Thanks again. One thing is at least financially I am doing great again and it is getting better everyday.
