Lets just remember why we have this holiday. Remember those who in the past, who in the current and those to the future, that sacrafic (ed) for this country.

not to get off topic...still trying for it..NOT EASY..the 7.5 speed mile is kicking my ass, and I do that in the last 10 minutes of running on the treadmill, which my ass needs to be on shortly

I respect your honesty, and a 6-min mile is not an easy feat, just as a 300 pound bench is not an easy feat, although Tiger Woods claims to have one LOL And to stay on topic, yeah tons of respect to the vets including those from other countries as well.

shit last week I tried to lift 150 llbs..Im like how the fuck did I walk around with this extra weight 2 years ago..UGH
