Anybody have any good ideas on some intense cardio I can do to really get some sweat flowin? I've been doin the same thing for a long time, maybe getbig can provide some new ideas eh? Something I can do for a good hour.

 I do bicycle riding, jumping rope, or go crazy on a heavy punching bag. Mountain hiking is pretty good too if you want to make a trip out of it.

To be honest, the way I bumped up my cardio was taken shorter breaks between sets, while going heavier and heavier. You can try this. However, it might not replace an actual cardio workout (treadmill, stairclimber, bike, etc).

Look up Girevoy Sport Kettlebell training, most of that can be done with a regular dumbbell if needed. Here's a look at what it kinda looks like-

Or look up Javorek complexes, barbell complexes, or PHA Training, those are fun, weight based cardio that can be done with minimal equipment.

If you have them handy, stadium stair running, weighted or un-weighted, is fun.

I do those things already, except mountain hiking... that's not available at the moment.

I'm lookin for something without weight or using light weights, something fast paced that will get me sweating toughly.

Find a VERY Steep somewhat long hill, Grassy or not.

Sprint up fast as you can, jog down, sprint up, jog down, etc....

 Running up and down flights of stairs is brutal too. I highly recomend it.
