Agreed, just because someone uses AAS doesn't mean they are going to blow up to NPC nationalist size....I have seen many that have used 1000's of mg's of test and what not and lead to no where.....Genetics have a huge factor in everything...

Not only that, but he has juiced before, and i think its public knowledge that even ONE 16week cycle will thicken all your muscle fibers, so even if your clean 5 years down the road, you are still "thicker" than what you wouldve been if you hadnt juiced 16weeks 5 years ago.
