The sad fact is 90% of society views this guy as a "bodybuilder" even if he has never lifted a weight in his life and has only achieved size through injecting oil into his arms.

It really doesn't take a PhD in medical science to figure out that injecting massive amounts non-human grade synthetic oil can cause some serious trouble.
