hey, the kid making the videos is right.  If the census workers were physically reaching into your pocket for the 4 hours of work they didnt do... for $70.... you'd want to punch them in the mouth for lying, right?  You'd be hella pissed they're squandering tax dollars you paid. 

So while it's petty and it happens everywhere...  He's looking out for our tax dollars - and the supervisors did not.

 The supervisors were basically setting the stage for having workers cheat for unearned pay. Just pretend you read a manual.   Did you hear the new workers in the office, "We get paid for the whole hour!!!?", they must have felt like the heavens opened up. What a joke.
