Did it cost you mean?  Or how many steaks?

It's 32 packs of 4 steaks each (6 oz steaks).  They were on sale so I stocked up since I eat them all the time as it is, was $320 - at reg. price would have been $448.  They come frozen and marinaded.  Each steak is only 4 grams of fat and 33 grams protein, since they trim most fat off and use a water-based marinade.  I keep several in the fridge at a time and just throw them on the grill - very fast, easy to make and high protein low/fat.  Zero trans fans per steak too.

I usually have about 3 of them a day (twice a day, one or two steaks per serving).

I share some with one of my two cats, as he loves steak too.  He took in a piece that I left for him on the computer desk just before taking the shot.
