You are right about the conditioning JNN, but I wasn't exactly doing Sprints or HIIT, I ran at the aerobic/anaerobic threshold level for a good 12 to 15 minutes 4 or 5 times a week. In my high school days I was a mid-distance guy, and I had a 2:02 800 meters to my credit.

the fact that you know what the anaerobic threshhold is means that you know what kind of cardio to do to get shredded  whether it be sprints, tabata, HiT, whatever
