ifbb jusdging is flawed... You can win the show from the back and beaten from from every other angle fucking bullshit... Dillet makes yates look like a kid better taper better muscle bellies insertions better shape bigger muscles smaller waiste. All yates beates him on is back why then should yates be allowed to win purely on back? Bullshit ...
IFBB judging is certainly flawed, I can't/won't argue that.
However, your argument is also flawed. When judging a contest, you have to take into consideration, not just the body of a person, as most people do on the boards.
Dillet had no back, his shoulders overpowered the rest of his physique, he couldn't pose and when he did manage to hit a shot or two he usually shook so bad you couldn't get a real good look at what he was trying to display. How was Dillet at the transition poses, and then compare that with Yates.
To say that Dillet should have won that show, I could agree if it was just the two of them standing there. But that's not the case. Factor in all the other aspects of judging and there were never less than three people between Yates and Dillet.
Dillet was a monster, no doubt. Just standing there he was phenomenal. But high lats, a weak back overall, unable to pose, poor conditioning at many of his shows and the shows he had great conditioning at was due to heavy diuretic use and he locked up at a one!
