It's a pretty juvenile tactic.  Typically, people who aren't very bright very quickly resort to insults, ad hominem, etc. because they're incapable of having rational discussions, debates, etc. without feeling personally challenged. 

Cry me a river.  Instead of making excuses for your reading and conversation disability you can try starting over at page 1 and actually keeping up with the discussion occurring between other people without the need for a word by word break down so you can understand it.
