London is great.  You won't be at a loss for things to do.  The weather can be shitty but you've got the right time of year.  They're going to take the piss so pack a getbig sense of humor.

There are gyms in London but I hope getting a tshirt at Temple gym isn't the highlight of your trip.

I don't understand why people travel to the UK for vacation.

It's a country that's very similar to the US. Crappy weather, not very wild and crazy, pretty subdued and way too civilized. Very expensive.....

Why not go some place really different and exotic?

Not dieting down. Just getting in really, really good shape. Fine tuning my already healthy, strong and poweful body. Getting back into a conditioning level on par with ironman competetors or something like that.

Something you probably know nothing about. You've probably never been in really, really good shape because you just wanna be a bulky fatass.

 That's cool I guess.

I've known many Brits and they make Britain sound like a total shithole.

I've heard Ireland and France are great though.

You're a fag and you're all about "looking good" like a metrosexual, or a woman.

I'm talking about real conditioning. Not looks.

Add Muscleworks in Bethnal Green and Metroflex in Lower Sydenham to the list.
There is also a good gym in Coburg Street (Wood Green), used to be called Flexfitness but recently changed it's name

In central London you only have chain gyms such as LA Fitness, Virgin Active, Gymbox, Fitness First. While these are not hardcore, some of them have decent free weight areas - so do the luxury gyms (Thirdspace and Reebok)

Hey Ship, What do you mean by good conditioning? Is it running 2 miles in under 12 min? Performing over 10 reps in the parallel bar dip with 100 pounds strapped around your waist? Been there, done that ;D

Hey Ship, what do you consider real conditioning? Is it running 2 miles in under 12 min? Or performing over 10 reps of dips with 100 pounds strapped to your waist? Been there, done that ;D
