Can we FINALLY declare the stimulus a failure? Well, ofcourse, I know all of us conservatives have known it for a while now (way back in FEB. 09) , but are atleast the moderates and independents FINALLY willing to call it a failure? Is it possible that maybe even liberals will view it as a failure? Its been 16 months now, and we have a much larger debt to boot.
Arthur Laffer is basically predicting a double dip recession starting this coming January if the Bush tax cuts are allowed to expire.
