Some will do anything to avoid lifting real weight...
« on: June 10, 2010, 09:15:57 AM »

Where's the interview with the guy who says,"I tried going heavy at the gym, but the workouts were too tiring and I felt weak next to the other guys."
I like the ones who are the most buff in the course, wearing no shirt.
Being the most jacked guy in a kettlebell class, is like being 1st in the 110m Special Olympic hurdles.

Wow it helps you standing during Thai Chi. Amazing endurance!

... still i find it useful. Never tried it, but in my gym works a former powerlifter and Olympic lifter PT, who is the most solid built guy I've ever seen, and he swears by them, and trains with them regularly. He really doesn't seem like a bullshitting type, so i guess i will give Kettlebell a try.

Some people are too stupid to breathe.

I find it useful because of the informations ive heard and read about it. IT LOOKS useful OK?
I'm not an astronaut, never been in space, but find the NASA a useful thing. Clear?

The thing about combining a cardio and strenght training is true with kettlebells. Or lets say you can have a productive cardio session and atleast keep easily the strength you already have (if we think about the long time effects of course). But you have to have a good muscle endurance to have a productive sessions.

No offense but for someone who prides themself on their strength you obviously know very little about the strength world.
I assure you these are commenly used amongst strength athletes. Some of those movements with a significant amount of
weight can really help assist you when you've hit a plateau in certain lifts.
