They've lost radio contact with a girl who was attempting to sail around the world. 

Why a 16-year-old girl was allowed to play hooky to go sailing for months is beyond me, but white folks do some crazy shit.

Parents are parents anymore. They are accomplices in their own children's stupidity. Just because she is a accomplished sailor does not mean she should try to do it around the world at 16...

her parents should be held accountable, even jailed for that shit. Similar shit like that occured in the past, some years ago in Utah, some stupid idiot let his 15yrd old girl fly a small airplane in a rainy, windy wheather, eventhough he was the co-pilot, she crashed the plane and they both died.

Yeah, that was a while ago (1996, just looked it up), but that was just stupid.  Dad and flying instructor were also killed that day.  They never should've taken off.  :-\

Why is that?  Recently, a nearby city was going to name its High School "Three Rivers" and the "black community" was outraged.  One minister went to their city council meeting (on TV, dressed in a purple suit) and yelled "I DON'T NEED TO TELL YOU WHAT A RIVER MEANS TO A BLACK PERSON"....  They ended up naming the school Rosa Parks.
