IT is without question Bob is INHERENTLY UNSTABLE...FUNNY, but unstable. Doesn't he recognize that there is a reason for wars and continuing to create them? Corporations become rich, governments get to steal resources, militaries get excuses to get more money to create more WMD etc etc. That 400 million guarantees that the Palestinians can continue their fight with Israhell and that guarantees Israhell to get money from america for defense...In the end americans pay for both sides. Israel wins americans pay, Palestinians win americans pay...It is WIN WIN for them.
