The concept- Asian style
3 Choices - chicken, Beef, Pork bulgogi BBQ served w/ choice of bread, rice, or taco
location is strip center, small sq ft, limited tables, mainly set up for to go customers.
Need a name, something catchy with "Express" or similar in the title to paint the fast concept. Play on words would be cool i.e. Wok N Roll
