We are all supposedly bodybuilders, or at the very least, serious trainers here.

But It seems that while we are all guilty of posting shots of our arms, or abs....no one seems to post leg shots all that much.

Let's see how many people here aren't upper-bodybuilders and actually get under a squat rack every now and again.

On a side note, I cant even to a BW squat now days without my fucking knees KILLING me.

LOL yeah basically. First pic is like 10 months clean and second pic is on prob 1g test, some tren, dbol and deca. I honestly don't remember, it was 5 years ago.

I wouldn't go that far.. but legs are definitely my best bodypart. The first pic is after 3 or so years of doing legs maybe once every 3 weeks on average, never squatting more than 3 plates (usually 2), never legpressing and after a quad tear. They basically do not shrink much.

Even the second pic is after the quad tear. Before the tear, they were probably 1/2" or an inch bigger and had more striations. At that point, probably national stage level quads with a middleweight upper body.

Dude, your lower body does not match your upper body! Upper body seems A LOT stronger than lower.

You always say that Team Nasser members can't take constructive criticism, so no need to get defensive.

It is quite obvious that your quads are no where near your arms or lats in terms of size.

I agree 100% ...i just don't think they are "weak"... they are just fine IMO.  my arms are fucking ridiculous, i WISH my whole body evenly matched my arms
