Here's something new.
Reminds me of when Laura Bush published her book and everyone said how much "class" she had and when she didn't condemn Kagan everyone was on her.
Wonder how GW feels about all this.

Bush daughter: ‘Health care should be a right for everyone’

It seems some members of the Bush family are no adherents of Republican political orthodoxy.

Barbara Bush, the 28-year-old daughter of President George W. Bush, told Fox News on Sunday that she was "glad" the Democrats' health care reform package passed, and declared that "health care should be a right for everyone."

It's a position that suggests she would be willing to go much farther in reforming health care than the law passed earlier this year.

"What do you think of Obama health care reform?" Fox News' Chris Wallace asked.

"That is a good question. Obviously, the health care reform bill was highly debated by a lot of people and I guess, I'm glad that, you know, a bill was passed," replied Bush.

The 28-year-old Bush is a co-founder and president of Global Health Corps, an organization working for "health equity" in Africa and the US. The group is partnered with the Clinton Health Access Initiative, a project set up by President Bill Clinton's charity.

Barbara Bush's comments come a few weeks after her mother, former First Lady Laura Bush, declared that it was "great" President Obama had nominated Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court.

"I'm really glad that there will be three [women on the court] if she is confirmed," the former first lady said. "I like to have women on the Supreme court."

The stupidity in that entire family knows no bounds.

Health Care is a right?  What about food?  What about shelter and water?  What about a job?  What about a high end hooker to satisfy me at my pleasure?

If healthcare is a "right", who is going to pay for it and why should anyone go to school and get training if they have to give their services away for free?

Where does this dingbat find any authority for her stupidity in the U.S. Constitution?

This daughter has devoted her life to helping the poor in African nations. She is a wonderfull human being who has devoted herself to serving those less fortunate then herself, when she could have just lived off her name and familiys fortune. Here is a guarantee. She will do more in her life, as far as helping others, then Clintons daughter and either of Obamas daughters. But the stupid, ignorant, dumb ass libs will still think being a community organiser is real charrity.

Why are some people (liberals, in particular) so surprised that people within a family have differing political views?

I heard much the same flap about McCain's wife and daughter supporting the repeal of California's Prop. 8, though it's strange how neither Meghan nor Cindy McCain appear to be on record about repealing that of Arizona (Amendment 102).

Heck, my wife and I disagree on issues like school vouchers. Furthermore, I have friends of mine, who disagree with gay "marriage" but did NOT sign the petition sent to them to get Amendment 2 on the ballot for 2008.

The Bush family needs to go away and never be heard from again, EVER.

Not the nephew, not the brother, the daughters, the dog, the cat, the turtle, the mother, etc.

They CAN'T GO AWAY, at least "W" can't. The left keeps dredging him up, in an attempt to mask their own screw-ups.

Heck, he just got blamed for Al Gore's four-decade marriage going south.

Plus, the left LOVES bringing up GOP candidate's family members, when they have views that differ from that candidate. Again, see Cindy and Meghan McCain's views on Prop. 8. Bristol Palin's initial statements on abstinence and sex education, Dick Cheney's lesbian daughter, now Barbara Bush on ObamaCare.

It seems that liberals love to demonize AN ENTIRE FAMILY of a Republican politician (unless they find a member that sympathzes with them, somewhat).

Before this year the Obamas have given less then 1% of their income to charrity on average. They are selfish idiots who do NOTHING for anyone else.Is it a stretch to think their daughters wont do the same?VERY VERY typical of libs by the way, generous with YOUR money not their own.

By the way,his wife IS  tranny.Open youreyes and take a look at her.

When it came to the Bush daughters, I always had more respect for Barbara than I did Jenna, despite how I felt about her namesake. I'm glad she had the ovaries to speak her mind truthfully on this topic. no doubt she probably has had to endure more pressures than most when it comes to her political positions. Good for her.

And, that's because she agrees with your view on ObamaCare. I don't think you'd be as glad, if the wife or daughter of a liberal politician (who supported ObamaCare) made a statement that she didn't do so.

If Nancy Pelosi's daughter supported Prop. 8, I doubt you'd be happy about her having the "ovaries" to speak her mind.

And, that leads me back to what I wondered earlier, about McCain's wife and daughter, namely why are they speaking out against California's marriage amendment but not saying JACK about that of Arizona, where they actually live, which got passed on the same day.

This is so silly. You have to look at the context of where she is coming from. She sees abject poverty and childeren dying in the street daily in Africa. So when she is asked that question ,she is coming at it in that context. When she was asked specifically about Obama care she said she wasnt sure but that "I guess Im glad they passed it".She wasnt sure, didnt say it was good or bad ,nothing.

She is a women that dedicates her life to trying to save sick kids on the African continent. So,obviously she is going to have a very different view of health care then us.When your holding a kid in your arms that is dying because he has no medicine,Id imagine you would have a very very different view on health care then most.

Im as far to the right as anyone I know.We are in the process of adopting a kid[foster to adopt].I will tell you this.Im not for government spending at all, dont like the government dont like anything about it.BUT Im very very very thankfull that these kids who have been abused and beaten and neglected have a place to live paid fot in part by our tax money. The little boy we are involved with lived in a boys  home for 1.5 years and thank God he had that opportunity because he would have been dead if he had to stay in his house.

So,government sucks 99% of the time, but when it comes to less fortunate kids, thank God there is some money there.Bush seems like she is just trying to get these kids in Africa some help.

I see no difference between a kid that's dying in Africa or any American kid that's dying in the States because his coverage was denied due to pre-existing conditions and his parents can't pay for his treatment anymore. ZERO.

HAAAHAAHAHAHHAAHAHAAHAHA AHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAH HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA AHHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHAH AHAHAHAH

This bitch devoted her life to getting drunk with her trifling sister. Remember the initials of their name J&B just like the liquor company. These two were headlines constantly for being drunk and even using their mothers ID to get into clubs and buy liquor. To somewhat clean up her image she was dragged to Africa and took some photo op pics  making her appear to be teaching the African children. I am sure the children laughed their asses off when the shoot was over wondering who the hell is this drunk white bitch thinking she is teaching someone anything, when she can not even control her drinking. Let us not even get into the fact she has no college degree in education...just like her ignorant daddy the FAILED YALITE. Nonetheless she seems to be playing a role like Rand...and that is to operate COUNTER to the prevailing opinions of parents or government.

I don't care for Nancy Pelosi so I couldn't give a poop what she or her kids thought of anything.
If however one of her kids had the ovaries to speak her mind in a way that opposed Pelosi or her plans, I'd probably see it as a gutsy move, in much the same way I see Meghan McCain. We rarely see the children of Democrats disagreeing with Democratic policy simply because Democrats are less inclined to propose utterly stupid, ridiculous and myopic agendas.  ;D

That's probably why! Something so contentious and controversial would be a definite political liability.
Commenting on California legislation, just pisses off the people of California who don't vote in election that involve Mccain. if McCain was running for Pres, I guarandamtee you neither would utter a peep.

Excuse me?! And where do you get off calling her a bitch?!
And you have the audacity to claim you are respectful towards women?!
What has she ever done that merits being labeled as a bitch?!

you go on and one about the destruction of the family because western women no longer respect western men, but have you ever considered the possibility that western women choose not to subject themselves to men who do not know how to respect them? Your reference to Barbara Bush as a bitch is a prime example.

And you not only called her a bitch, but a drunk white bitch. What relevance does her race or ethnicity have?
Samson, you have serious issues, and you really need to examine those. Sometimes you just disgust me.  >:(

She certainly has done more for blacks then Barrack Hussein Obama or his tranny skank wife, and will do more then either of their nappy headed daughters especially the one with the pile of shit on top of her head.Of course a filthy white hating racist like you thinks rabble rousing alongside Rev. Wright"dem jews" is a doing good work for blacks.By the way,GWB graduated from the IVY LEAGUES did you?Let me answer that.NO YOU DIDNT!!!So,he might be dumb but he is light years ahead of you.

She isnt teaching African childeren DUNCE.She is getting medical teams to go over there and heal them from disease.Yes,what a selfish idiot.Much better to go to Chicago and rabble rouse, then leave the community looking like a giant toilet and patting yourself on the back for wearing 500 dollar sneakers to go feed the poor. Then go back to the white house and have a party for rich whites and sing "hey Jude" with a little Limey guy.Of course giving 1% of your income to charrity tops it off.
