your tastes seem to mirror EXACTLY what should be popular at a given point in time.......in other words......your "trendy"

most of those aforementioned movies arent all that special., some downright suck............inglorio us bastards was RUINED by brad pitts hamfisted interpretation of a smoky mountain WW2 lieutenant  , it was really terrible especially compared to the brilliance of some of the other actors in the movie.

pineapple express ..........thats kind of a matter of taste, im not a big  stoner humor guy

now The Hangover is very possibly the MOST OVERRATED comedy of all time........the movie was not really funny.  they really went out of their way to make every scene shocking, and the viewing audience mis-interprets that as funny.

Zombiland was a good movie for what it was, but that jewish kid in it seems to REALLY be going out of hsi way to do the whole Michale Cera shtick......that whole ironic, awkward, cute, persona........but only michale cera does it that shtick good

and Slumdog Millionaire is another movie that your told you should think its brilliant....because the white leftist intellectuals who review movies like to feel worldly, diverse, and self-righteous by giving a nod to the Indian movie industry.........but face it, if you replaced Mumbai and indian kids, with some western city and white kids........it would have been an OK movie AT BEST

bottom line........your tastes are stale and predictable

Man you are bitter, are you sure you are not Tom Prince?
"trendy" you sound like a middleaged man my guess 40+
a little drunk perhaps?
I agree about one thing, Brad Pit was like a bad comedian in his role, but he is
still entertaining to watch no matter the performance.
Christoph Waltz was awesome in it.I am a bit biased about Tarantinos works
I enjoyed watching them, and many others

You cant replace india with a western city.
the society is completely different, its like you didnt understand the movie.

when you just post all your negative post its just whining.
If you posted some movies from 2009 that you liked
and the reason you liked them.
Then your post would be more meaningful.
Same with many of your other posts.
Finding something negative to say is really easy.
You forgot to go neggo on August Rush btw.

tom prince where did that come from.........did he over charge you for some "posing sessions" back in the day

and your "analysis" about slumdog is laughable.......there is really nothing not to get.....children growing up in abject poverty and the different choices they make in an effort to transcend that life........very simple concept, been done before, you just like it because it makes you feel cultured to say you do.

your an idiot......

One of the best movies EVER MADE...this move is absolutely brilliant.. very Asian, has a great sense of resolution and balance... like the Ying and the Yang, every main aspect resolves absolutely.. I love it.

unfortunately Spielberg and Will Smith are atempting to remake an English version of this masterpiece.. :(

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Seriously? Would be up there with the worst ideas ever.

Lol get a grip.
show me my "analysis" of the movie, there is no analysis, you imagine things.
the only analysis of the slumdog was the one you just did, your little review of the movie
is just showing how dumb you are.

Assung saying:"children growing up in abject poverty...."

holy fuck you are stupid.

You even imagine the reasons i liked it.
In your imagination all the movie reviewers are leftist intellectuals.
You are on meds dude.
Ok you are no TP just a middleaged druggie, nothing can fix your leatherface and melted liver.
