he wouldn't be as nearly as big as you'd like to think.
i'd say say less than 200 pounds at a suitable bf% (8%)
he looks deceiving because he holds a lot of fat around the cells of his muscle. most people have layers of fat covering their muscle- he's one of the ones that has fat stores marbling his body. if he were to diet down, i would bet he'd look nothing like he does now in terms of how you perceive his frame.
it's ironic because he likes to think he's actually muscular but he's not as muscular as he thinks. the way his body stores his fat gives the illusion that he's in better shape than he actually is.
Hm, you may be right but it seemed to me that Alex's structure was the best!
Here are new photos of me from today. I doubt I even weigh 170 here, yet one of the 20 strongest guys in the city I live in. I keep hearing about all these strong guys who lift so much yet they don't seem to show up to any of the local strength contests.

Unlike Alex, I do not have the structure for bodybuilding but I think I have pretty good size and strength considering my diet. If I eat 1,500 calories in a day I am NOT hungry. The only way I can put on some serious size is with force-feeding. I'll be honest - I don't really care at the moment now that I have two babies to take care of, but I wouldn't mind being, say, 190 in the same condition:
