and my 0.02- if groink dieted down his structure would be better than bobs, he'd hold a lot more lean mass than bob's, and would have a more complete physique than bob's given his lower body and upper body are proportionate.

Who's he cheating?  Where is this rule book of this game you think he's playing.  As an aging human his natural hormone levels are depleting so he is replenishing them to a level they once were.  I don't get this society set of rules that claim someone is cheating to be in shape and look good.  Other than the government spewing bullshit, why would steroids be cheating?  Why is it not cheating to take a tylenol to cure a headache or a sleeping pill to get to sleep?  Isn't that cheating your body?  Having an alcoholic beverage to feel good is cheating then isn't it?  Why can't you just cure your headache without taking medicine or feel good on your own without having a drink?  Why is it okay to take viagra to cheat a flailing dick?  Wearing glasses to see better?
