Some concluding thoughts: The permabulker will almost always overestimate his lean body mass and underestimate his bodyfat %. The only exception to this is if he has dieted down before to 10% or lower, and only then will the permabulker have an idea of how much weight he needs to loose to get lean. I know this because I used to also underestimate how much weight I needed to lose, but now If I do balloon up again I'll have a better idea.
I'm not even discussing who looks better or worse here, or point out names, just a general principle. When the permabulker who has never been dieted down says they would look lean at xxx lb bodyweight, what is that estimate based on?
Educated guess. also taking into account what others did and how much weight they lost.
Not to start shit up again, but take you for example.
at your heaviest you were 225 correct? you say you lost 40-45 lbs and now you are probably 10% bf. which is pretty lean in the real world.
So using that at as guideline...I'm not being unrealistic at all thinking I have to lose the same 40-45 lbs, maybe 5 more... to be lean and my heaviest was 267.
And you were fatter at 225 than I was at 267. we both know this to be true if we are being honest and not acting like dicks
I'm not slamming you, talking shit or putting you down....it's just facts and simple math.
