HS Dent - DOW below 4,000 by end of year. Short term rally in June / July

Celente has also been saying the Crash of 2010 is upon us. This guy HS Dent reckons the DOW will be around 3,800 by December. Schiff has made similar predictions in the past but never given an exact time frame.

What do you guys think?

Given the state of the world right now with all of the forecasts showing no upswing but rather more down fall...I believe him. If I were him I would avoid specific dates just in case something does occur sooner or later than he predicts....just so his credibility is not challenged if events don't fall exactly as he thinks they will.

The real barometer of activity is on the state level since they have to operate off of taxreceipts, not the fed gov printing press. 

Most states are in collapse like NY, CA, etc.  In NYS, we are playing all osrts of games to avoid and delay ther inevitable.
