Gold ends at a record high

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Gold prices hit a record high settlement Thursday, driven by continued anxiety over the economy.

The flight to gold caused it to close at $1,248.20 per troy ounce, a gain of $18.20, or nearly 1.5%, from the prior day.

I won't be surprised if we see gold in the $1900-2000 an oz range by the end of the year.

Wow, back in about 2007/2008 i was looking to invest about 20grand in some gold and didnt.  Damn it was about $800 i believe at the time.

Insana & Liesman are two of the worst on that channel.  Liesman is probably worse.
