so i'm watching the finals last night and i didn't really have any side of the other, i just wanted a great game, which besides the close score it wasn't! although i think i wanted the celtics to win just a tad more, because it seem like the sportscasters were for the lakers and i got sick and tired of them showing the so called 'celebrities" of our society in the stands, who gives a shit about them!?... anyway,
was it my imagination or reality that the lakers were given so many free throw attempts and the celtics seem to be called a foul every time the lakers came down the court?
we all know refs control the game, not just in basketball but every sport, but in trying to be fair and impartial it seemed that the lakers had like twice as many free throw opportunites and the celtics were called on twice as many fouls. surely, one team cannot be fouling and getting called on fouls by what seemed like a huge disparity in regard to the other team by that much. i wonder where i can find the scoreboard on how many more free throws the lakers got then the celtics and the ratio of fouls called on the lakers and the celtics and the difference?
