my diet for one month, provided by nature
« on: June 19, 2010, 08:03:05 AM »
Protein, carbs, fats, vitamins, minerals, water. Micronutrients, macronutrients. That's the basics you need to know and thoroughly study, especially water. Something simple as water, but you probably don't have the slightest clue as to the vital role it plays in your health. There is A LOT to 'just some water'. If you plan on changing your lifestyle and make health and well being of primary importance, I suggest you research the complex field of nutrition and learn as much as you can about it. Know the differenece between appetite and hunger, and learn about portion control. Go to your university, sign up for a nutrition & hunger class, talk with some professors, don't rely on muscle mag for reliable information. What is a portion, anyway?

4 weeks time, my adipose tissue levels will be reduced 5% by diet alone, no exercise, and I will provide pictures.

Here is all I will eat:
-avocado's, collard greens, turnip greens, cabbage, sweet potato's, onions, carrots, cucumbers, celery

-apples, bananas, oranges, blueberries, lemons (esp. lemon/water - highly alkaline) watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberry, pineapple

-oatmeal, brown rice, wild rice, whole wheat pasta, flax seed, barley

-eggs, fish, black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, olive oil, cod liver oil, coconut oil

-no milk, bread, sugars, processed junk food, fried food, soft drinks. I will juice vegetables once or twice a day. Juicing strips fiber content, so your body doesn't have to digest the food to utilize the nutrients faster. This is why it's important to eat vegetables in whole food form, for the fiber. Moderate juicing, though,  is very healthy to incorporate into your diet.

As usual, and as coherent of a post I make, I prognasticate very few lucid responses, and that's not being facetious. Quite a few getbiggers, which exhibit all the characteristics of a guamless, doltish, obtuse primate, will bash my posts with such jejune comments, proving their frivolous behavior.

Hopefully some of you naturals out there will consider it.

100% bodyfat, well that wouldn't be too hard to drop 5 percentage points from that level in 4 weeks time, but if one goes from 10% to 5% in 4 weeks time, well that is something to write home about :D P.S. I went from 12% to 7.5% in 14 days :p

Um, red meat, chicken, bison, oatmeal, brown rice,  eggs and veggies (zucchini, onions, peppers, and mushrooms).

Sometimes I eat turkey, but I think it taste like cardboard.

No meth ma man! Only 30 grams of daily carbs and 2 daily 15-20min aerobic/anaeorbic threshold level runs.

I eat a similar diet, just with a greater variety of fruits and vegetables and the odd free range chicken breast here and there instead of fish. Too much mercury.

I bet no matter what you do or what you eat, you will never be in as good as shape as I.  I also find it funny that you willfully torture yourself for no reason whatsoever.

I have no idea why I bothered reading far enough into your post to find this little gem, but I am glad I did.

Cue wavelength to tell you that you should have eaten ice cream and deep fried twinkies if you wanted to lose weight.
