eggs, tuna, green beans, water is all you need to get your body right.  8 week prep on that and lift hard with a little cardio and you'll be good to go.

boonstack - i'm digging it, tho i'd leave out some of the items tbombz mentions, add some more protein and include lots of spinach and some raisins to counteract any acid imbalance...
obviously if you're on peds you'd seriously need to up the protein.

I bet no matter what you do or what you eat, you will never be in as good as shape as I.  I also find it funny that you willfully torture yourself for no reason whatsoever.

Define "shape". Just because you have low body fat does not mean that you are healthy.

Low Bodyfat without limiting your food choices.  By default you will have a complete diet.

Food choices. Ok, there is 'food' - apples, steak, peanuts, watermelon, broccoli.

Then there is edible food like substances - candy bars, pop tarts, donuts, corndogs

Only you would argue or complain about the benefits of eating from nature. I do not have the slightest desire for junk. It's as if you really think I am missing out by not enjoying some ice cream or pie every once in a while? It's ok buddy, I just think you need a hug and to take it easy.

You are psycho-illogical. You have serious insecurity issues.

1- I did not mention anything about being in shape as good as "you" or anyone else.

2- How could you possibly derive the idea i would be torturing myself by eating the most nutrient dense foods on Earth? I genuinely believe you cannot grasp the concept of of enjoying eating the foods in which we were designed to eat. If it didn't exist 100 years ago, why would I consume it now? Things are just better for Americans health these days, aren't they? Mcdonalds, coca cola, krispy kreme.

Not a bad post really, although there's nothing scary about milk or bread, and there's no need to steer clear of chicken, pork, or red meat if consumed sensibly.  High volume, calorie sparse, nutritionally rich foods are the way to diet.

As usual, and as coherent of a post I make, I prognasticate very few lucid responses, and that's not being facetious. Quite a few getbiggers, which exhibit all the characteristics of a guamless, doltish, obtuse primate, will bash my posts with such jejune comments, proving their frivolous behavior.

However, you need to think better of it and ctrl-x this sort of embarrassment before posting next.  It's ok that you work in a box factory.  It's an honest job.  Don't get a complex about it.

Please explain in thorough detail about why milk is "ok" to be consumed. You have the temerity to postulate I work in a box factory? Perhaps I should state what I said in a more prosaic tone, considering the rudimentary level of education the vast majority of getbig can proudly claim. That being the case, it is hardly possible to make the most minute, innocuous post with even the most sincere effort, but I do, and you respond with an asinine remark, though that would be hardly abberant for getbig.

I will understand if there is any foreboding on your behalf to offer a specific, detailed response to the many wonderful qualities of milk. Maybe you can teach me a thing or two, considering your breadth of biochemistry studies? Btw, why is American milk banned in Europe?

Then why did I spend 4 hours yesterday cooking out of François Payard`s Chocolate Epiphany?

You are a fatso who NEVER has eaten anything tasteful, just like the majority of "bodybuilders".  You don`t know what anything tastes like except boiled chicken. EL-O-EL!!!

Like Disgusted, you probably don`t own any cookbooks nor do you permit yourself to eat at any decent restaurant and you are completely scared shitless to eat anything that might have a combination of wonderful flavors.

You don`t even know how to properly prepare vegetables so I am sure I am dealing with a culinary moron here.  Carry on fatbody.  You will continue to fail just like you always do.

Every single food item comes from "nature".  Where do you think it comes from?  With the exception of Hydrogen every single atom in any food item was manufactured in Red Giant Stars, Thousands of light years away,Billions of years ago in time.

Hope this helps.

It's natural for humans to consume a cow's milk? Really? Milk is nature's food.... for a calf.... until it is weaned. End.

Furthermore, why would anyone desire to drink milk? Uh huh, for the calcium. Vegetables contain all the calcium anyone needs... where do you think cow's get it from? They drink milk themselves, right? haha

Yea, carrots, apples, pop tarts... just a few minor differences.

Another one of your delusional lies. You never spent 4 hours cooking anything in your life. Also, I almost never eat chicken so I have no idea where you are getting your info from. What really counts is how healthy you are on the inside and if outward appearance is any indication of health and it sometimes is you're bout ready to drop dead as you look very unhealthy in almost every way.

Ok. Let's see.... How many cases of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, kidney disorders, skin problems, obesity, etc existed then vs today? America spends more for health care than any other nation, including surgeries, medication, blood work, chemotherapy, and what do we have to show for it?

Btw.... if mainstream medicine worked so great, treatment of teen's with chemotherapy wouldn't have to be enforced by court order.

Hope this helps.
