closing the hole and containing the spill are two different things.  No one expects Obama to close the hole on his own.  The spill is a completely different matter.

#1  240 just reamed you out with facts.

#2  My posts have not been directly related to closing the hole or containing the spill, but rather the stupidity of her idea of praying for a miracle would have any sort of effect on the situation at all.

She's a FOX news commentator who is currently the odds-on favorite to win the 2012 nomination.  She runs a political action committee that works to get people elected.  She runs a social media operation with millions of political followers.  She's a frequent guest on radio and other outlets.

She's a political machine and the #1 voice and face of the republican party dude.

And she claimed to be able to help with the oil problem - then of course, she admitted she didn't have anything to contribute except prayer.

1.  She me the poll for 2012 that she is leading?

2.  Please 240 - you are again spinning like a freaking top.  She clearly stated from Day 1 that the first thing that should have been done was to not turn away the Dutch skimmer boats like your messiah did.  And yes 240 - your shilling for Obama is embarassing.  Its gotten to the point lately you even exceeed the dolts on MSNBC at how far you are willing to go to provide cover for the daily excuses and embarassements of this admn.

3.  And yes 240 - like it or not, Palin has more real world experience in this area than your hero Obama.  You cant shill that, kneepad that, spin it, silverline it, etc.  You are taking one statement she made and turning that into her entire position when she she said there were other things to contain the spill.

Its incredible!!!The other day you came on here and chastised me for claiming Obama is a racist.Your point? As long as he doesnt pass legislation that affects me then what difference does it make.

Has Palin passed ANY legislation that Affects you?Can she?Your the most incredible double talker on here.Obamas racism means nothing because, according to you he hasnt passed racist legislation. But Palins opinions, which do nothing ,and cant affect you a bit,is vitally important because YOU say she may run.She has no power at all.

Once again,Obamas policies are wrecking America,Palins opinions have ZERO affect on your life but you turn a blind eye towards him and are foccused on her.Pretty incredible!!

Who said she is a kingmaker. That sounds like something Olbermann or one of those snarky idiots on MSNBC might say.Again, please show me what legislation she has passed or can pass that affects you?Yet,Obama passes a pile of shit every freaking month that is DESIGNED to wreck America and your on here defending him all the time.I dont get it.

I will ask one more time, what can Palin do to you?Who is more dangerous, her or Obama?Who has done more to destroy the country?Who is passing shit that destroys jobs? Its not Palin. She cant do a thing. The very fact that you said she is 6-3 proves she has no real power in even endorsing.

If she is indeed good at getting people into office thru endorsement - then she is changing things in a major way.

240 - lets say its 2012, there is no Bob Barr for you to vote for.  UE is still at 10%, stock market is collapsed, we have had another terrosist attack, KSM is pruning himself for Trial at 60 Centre Street, the gulf mess is still raging, the arabs are still laughing at us, KJI is giving the finger to Obama, cap & tax is passed along with amnesty for illegals, obamacare is collapsing, and its Palin v. Obama what do you do?

I'd prefer a republican candidate in 2012 for my vote.

there will always be a libertarian candidate, and he/she will get my vote if Palin is the candidate.

You know why?  She's a RINO dude.  She supported amnesty, TARP, capping emissions, marijuana, "sometimes" anti-abortion, sanctuary cities, hispandering for votes and admitting it, etc.

She's more liberal than you think, dude.  Just like mccain was.

If it's liberal against liberal-who-loves-guns (Obama vs Palin), I'll vote libertarian.  Every other repub candidate out there might get my vote.  but not her.  She's an overconfident puppet.

I'm not saying no, I'm asking a hypothetical.

Lets say the field is cleared, there is no Bob Barr, Ralph Nader, or any other third party on the ballot.

Its Palin v. Obama and cap & tax is there, obamacare is collpaiosng the system, the gulf mess still raging, UE 10%, amnesty for illegals still going forward, KSM set for trial in NYC laughing his ass off, the iranians sending love notes to Obama, gas at $7 a barrell, etc.

What do you do?

I either take a shit in the voting booth, or I write "Drinking with Bob" on the ballot.

Palin will have us in a nuclear war with China in 2 months, and Obama will have us forever indentured to the Chinese in 2 months.

Neither answer is acceptable, and I hate to 'settle'.

So,once again,Obamas racism isnt changing the country,it has no affect on his supreme court decisions,or his cabinet, but Palin endorsing a candidate is a big deal.Do you read what you post? You said UNLESS THEY ARE PASSING LEGISLATION THAT AFFECTS ME I DONT CARE WHAT THEIR VIEWS ARE.You said it,not me.Once again,Palin is passing no legislation.Obama is busy wrecking the country everyday.Who is more dangerous, more damaging, has more of an affect on you?

Furthermore...

On Amnesty - they will be identical.

On Cap/Trade - She was FOR it in 2008 and against it once hired as a FOX commentator.  I think she takes her position on this issue based upon whoever is paying her bills.  So she might support it once in office, who knows.

Obama already retreated NYC KSM Trial.

Palin would probably bomb iran.  Unless you're ready to print more $ to fund a 3rd war, or ready to lace up your boots to go fight for oil, you probably don't want a 3rd war, do you?  ISR can carpetbomb the shit outta Iran, I'm all for that.  Shock and awe!  But the US in a 3rd war - Obama No, Palin Maybe...

Gas at $7 a barrel?
It was $4.08 under Bush in 2008, and it's $3 today.  It's hard to convince me the Repub energy policy she embraces will 'rescue us' in this case.

This is an absolute lie!!The cap and trade plan she favored looked NOTHING like the one that filthy dwarf Waxman and that retard Markey passed.NOTHING!!!

What was gas at when Bush left office? What was UE at when Bush left office? What was the deficit when Bush left office?Would she be for dictating to banks what the CEOS should make? Was she for the take over of health care? The take over of GM?The stimulus?Card Check? There is no comparrison.

Would she have put an anti white racist like Stomoyor on the court or a socialist pig like Kagen?Had Van Jones in her administartion?A gay activist as head of the school safety commitee?Dropped the charges against the black panthers?

This little community organiser has done more damage to this country then any president in the history of this country in 1.5 years.

Please show us her quote from 2008 where she detailed how her support didn't include their bill.  She was asked if she supported capping emissions.  She said yes.  She went on to admit man affected global warning (which I think is BS).

I notice you didnt adress any of the other points, how strange.Nothing on Obamas UE numbers?Nothing on his health care take over? His take over of the auto industry?Nothing on card check?Nothing on his racist supreme court nominee?Palin though caps or a tax on carbon emmissions was a good idea,Waxman and Markeys bill destroys the economy.Plus the bill McCain put out with Liebermann had tax incentives in it,Waxman and Markeys have none.

She supported capping emissions.  REAL republicans would never succumb to letting the govt say what their companies can do to the environment.  She endorsed limited what companies can do.

THe bill passed almost a year after she said she supported capping emissions and admitting man DOES affect the environment.  I think that's lib BS, but she bought into it...

She obviously doesn't need to elaborate on specifics as long as she can get away with it and fool people left and right, just look at the mr President...give me a call to help you deal with the oil spill fiasco.. ::) Some people are so sold on her fuckable hockey mom image( which is all fake BTW if you didn't understand that by now) that for them the lack of details or solutions is completely irrelevant. The problem is that when she is asked point blank how she would deal with a certain situation her last resort is to throw everything in God's hands and hope for divine intervention since she doesn't have any realistic solution to offer.

Ask ANY Republican today if they support "capping emissions" or if man is contribution to global warming.... They'll all tell you HELL NO.

IFILL: We do need to keep within our two minutes. But I just wanted to ask you, do you support capping carbon emissions?

PALIN: I do. I do.

"I believe that man's activities certainly can be contributing to the issue of global warming, climate change."
Sarah Palin, vice presidential candidate, to ABC's Charlie Gibson, September 2008

Why did she change positions in 2010 when hired by FOX?  Suddenly she's against capping emissions, and suddenly she doesn't think mankind is causing global warming.  Those are flip-flops on two of the biggest issues of the day.

Toss in her 'change of position' on amnesty and bailouts... well, it's pretty clear she either didn't know what she was talking about in 08, or she just hops on whatever bandwagon is popular.

I do know he went on the radio and WELCOMED all the AZ illegals to NYC, remember?  mark Levin tore him a new one for it.  He invited 500,000 illegals to NYC - said their hospitals have plenty of room.

He's about as pro-amnesty as you can get...
