Apparently they do.. The match against Brazil was aired 48 hours late and I think it was reported that they broadcast LIVE at North Korea of the Portugal game..

I would love to see the reaction of Kim Jong Il when he watch his team being destroyed.

I'm not surprised if a few of the Portuguese players started missing..
