Aaron contracted a horrible stomach virus 10 days ago.

He's crashed from 239 lb's to 195 lb's

He's been sipping on water, unable to eat solid food.

Nowhere near contest condition .. how long has he been dieting for ?

I'm leaner even when bulking - and lol to the statement that he dropped 45lbs in 10 days.. I've been very sick before (typhoid) and did not loose close to 45 lbs in a month of almost eating nothing.

He looks a lot heavier than 195 considering his height and the fact that he is not even close to being ripped.
