Went to the San Diego Fair this weekend and holy fuck it was gross. One stand was selling deep fried butter, deep fried klondike bars and deep fried cheeseburgers. The worst part was people were lining up for this shit. They thought it was fun. I had my share of treats but nothing as disgusting as this deep fried trend going on. What the fuck is wrong with people.The deep fried butter is basically a frozen cube of butter that is battered and deep fried. sick fucks.
So basically eating a cube of butter? And getting 100X the sodium that is recommended.
But one order is 4 cubes or about a stick of butter.
deep fried burger with cheese,bacon and mayo, stick of deep fried butter on the side, plus a diet soda.
I saw an episode of Oprah that featured this fat woman that would save leftover bacon grease in tupperware dishes for a few days and then eat it like ice cream.
Deep Fried Cheese Burger sounds good though...

I made Pino Luongo`s Fried Meatballs, the way true Italians make them, last week. Best Meatballs I have ever eaten or made.Hope this helps.
I save all of mine also and use it especially in my Pie Crusts. I also use it to cook certain dishes with and of course its the best thing to use when greasing a Cast Iron Skillet.
