How do you put up avatar photos?

I have a gif and have no clue how to do the URL thing why can't I upload it from my pc?

Go to ' profile ' then select the ' form profile information ' and then your options are right there.

Just post it in Flower's Avatars thread in the Complaints board and paste it's location in the link field of your profile.

I checked the first 5 pages and couldn't find anything by Flower.

Post that gif as an attachment like when you attach a pic with a post. Once it's up, right click on the image and left click 'Copy Image location'. Then paste that in your Profile where it asks you for the Avatar link.

Each image has it's own unique location.
