For me it was always one of the following:
1- Drive a fancy car and make women see this fancy car, makes your appeal rise by 3 or 4 points out of 10.
2- Use the internet. Worked for me.
3- The most effective way is to be around players or even guys that have alot of female friends, that way you'd be noticed and will most likely will be introduced to someone. Just don't forget to dress smart and have clean shoes etc.. (women care for such details).

thats not mine in the picture...just thinking about getting it..

i have several suppressors and honestly...not much......to me they are better suited for keeping the flash down for night shooting...

i have some that are very quiet....but you will still hear the sound pretty good....but nothing as is quiet as on the movies...

i have a .408 cheytac and with the suppressor on it, its slighter quieter than a .22....and considering how big a .408 cheytac is, its a hell of a difference,,
