Only that "So not reacting 'at all'" is incorrect.  He might have only done 10% of what was possible to stop this.  But "at all" is wrong, that's all.

So what percentage do you give him?  In most peoples' minds, a disaster of this magnitude requires a score of at least 80-90% to be considered doing the job. 

If you give him a 51%, its a failure.

What is your infatuation with percentages lately? Is it to make it look like it's not a complete failure and to continue to indemnify Obama? Since when do we give arbitrary percentage numbers to events?

It doesn't have to be any percentage.

I'm just saying if we're going to say PASS/FAIL, we should have some consistent rubric that we use from president to president.

If Bush got a WIN in iraq - even though it took 6 years, 4000 lives, and $1Tril more than planned - and not nearly all objectives were met - is it still a win?  Sure. 

Does Obama get a WIN for Stimulus Bill - even if it doesn't reach desired numbers and may take longer than desired - if the economy does turn around by jobless rate, UE, or other numbers - Is it still a win?
