letro mid cycle?

on week 4 of test cyp 400mg a week and my gyno is getting a little worse.

i have liquid letro, whats the best way to use it in this scenario?

2.5mg x 7 days, then 1.25mg x 7 days, then 0.5 throughout the end?

run it 2.5mg ed until the gyno is gone, then drop it completely and control estro with adex, or nolva. Personally I use light doses of both.
