You can "pass" for younger for a while, but then age will catch up on you. My dad was in very good shape until he hit 45, ate right, was active, then boom got a heart virus and now got weak as shit. Part of it he was told by doctors was that he wasn't slowing down enough even thought he was well in to his 40's. It's a bit of a trend in my family. Were active well into our 60's but boom, heart problems. At the end of the day parts wear out, even if there functioning well now.
Don't know if you are directing this at me...but everybody's different.
In my family we all look great well into our 50's and 60's and very few major health issues...i could show you a picture of my dad at 68 and you would think he was in his late 40's. Of course no one lives forever
