I have some creatine mono left out from previous stock, Iused that for 12 weeks well after a gap of 8 weeks I intend to use it again but it has formed into solid rock .Also now I am down with Flu and stomach infection
so will it be conducive to use it again?if yes then after how long I should be back at it?
p.s-it hasnt exceeded its expiry date.
