Reminds me of when I was with the NYPD. There was a guy tied to a street pole that was beat to shit. The guy that was tied up admitted to trying to steal a motorcycle when the owner confronted him with a gun. The owner told him to lie down while he kicked his face in.

the guy that got beat up, who was obviously black in color told us this because he wanted us to get the owner and press assault charges.

we just laughed and said ''ya well get right on that''

When we did find the owner i shook his hand.

Colorado has similar legislation.  Provided the trespasser is shot and dies within the property's boundary, then it's all good.  It's called The Make My Day Law.

I think Getbig has warped me because I read this and laughed. Then I read it again and laughed.  Maybe it's because there have been a lot of burglaries around here and the other night I heard a noise and had to get out of bed at 1am to check things out.

Reminds me of when my friend chased down a guy who had just stolen some lady's purse in a store parking lot. My friend tackled the guy to get the lady's purse back and my friend went to jail for assaulting the robber.

People wonder why i carry a concealed weapon, in Houston these crimes are usually commited by armed men, the guy in this video is lucky that the negro who tried to steal his bike was a punk bitch. I've seen guys get jackjawed for a $50 bike, much less a car, shit they just shoot your ass and then take your car down here these days. I witnessed a man get carjacked in broad daylight in downtown Houston a few months ago and nobody did shit, they just ignored it and left the guy on the side of the street with no phone or anything and nobody would help him out. These thugs need to be put down.

When some of them are busted they act like they are just a victim of the system and just trying to live. If they have the right to steal my shit, i have the right to shoot their ass.

Since i was young i have always said "wonder who he stole that bike from?" as a joke whenever i saw a thug hauling ass on a bike. Sad part is, i'm usually right. Shit my neighbor left his garage door open for 30mins while he was in his backyard doing yardwork and some thugs cleaned all the bikes and lawn equipment out of his garage without anyone seeing it happen on a Friday afternoon. I live in a very nice subdivision where these things never happen. I hope they try my garage next...

I will say that in my area of town it's the Latinos stealing everything.
