My Back Workout Video

Here are video & pics taken 2 years ago,which my back's workout with Huang Chien-Chih, who to prep World Games 2009.
And finally he takes 3rd place at 75kgs of World Games 2009.
Sorry for no music in that video,but you can see how hi-intensity I always train.
Hopefully you guys like it !

May i enquire about what are you doing with the weights while he is doing  the rows? Do you push them down to give a stronger pull for the muscle?

But you usually do that with free weights, aren't you? You concentrate on the negative part of the exercise, and when you cant do more positive ones, someone helps you, and you still benefit from the negative part. Here you push the weights down, but they would go down anyway, without any effort. So i don't get it sorry. Do you push them down so strong, that he has to pull it back at the way down?

Wo must be   fatiguing even for you! Really high-intensity training. Every of your students  repsonds good for this kind of training?

Negative Training not for beginner,It's for advanced to apply it.

Yes,
Most of bodybuilder's personal gyms in Japan,Taiwan and Hong Kong are small like mine.

Arent every living area is small around there? They're in short of land, so land is very expensive i guess. Islands suck :D

He simply meant for a newb F O T B,  to perform 20 sets of negative reps would cripple him.

Looking good for your age, thats for sure.  Age is nothing but a number but i sure do hate, HATE smith machine.  I never use that thing and not sure why you would use that for bent over rows.  I can see zero benefit in that.
