There was a photo of Rich in (I think) Ironman about 5-6yrs ago, and he looked nothing like this. At the time, he looked to be off the sauce and he really looked horrible.
I would say he's back to doing something and has to in order to look anything like his former self, as well as resemble anyone else and their idea of what looks good.

When I lived in Hollywood for awhile my landlord was a 5'3 Italian guy. He looked just like Gaspari, including incredible arms, deep chest,wide lats and great calf's. For his short height and bone structure, that is. He was around 50 (at the time) and swore he never workout. He wife confirmed that. Just muscular by nature, rare but it does occur. Gaspari's , to me, looks that type. Wonder what he would have looked like if he never had worked out? And like my former landlord, Gaspari's head looks too big for his body. Anyone ever run into this type of natural muscular person?

whatever he does what do u expect,he sell's his company's products,looks the part,and is hand's on,his genetics were good for thickness and size,labrada was all shape and his company is doing well,they both are in shape and do it there way.gaspari was built to and on the extreme of things nothing to chance ,i think labrada did what it took to compete but a bit more thought out and longterm.

the guy literally trained all his adult life for real.and it cost him early on family,relationships,but he made a choice.to be the best he did and took what he needed and then some.he knows extremes,it could be natural or unnatural but it will be done or taken.to say train for real ,i mean in this day in age with what is made and available what is considered 'for real'
