They all played a roll in padding a fighters record that USED to be ranked #1 in his division, until he faced someone with a mediocre amount of talent and lost.

Hey, a win is a win right?

BINGO!  Anyone who take the time to look at the records of the men that Fedor defeated, will see that over half of his wins were over guys who had just a handful of fights (some one 1!), guys who lost more fights than they won and/or guys who were middleweights & light-heavyweights.  Take all those guys out of the equation, and Fedor's record is not as legendary as many purport it to be.

In the end, Fedor was an okay fighter who benefited from a very effective hype machine.  They tried to milk it as long as they could, but eventually had to come to an end.
