Anyone here take Calcium/ Magnesium/ Zinc?

I took it a few years back and think I slept like a baby.

I've been tossing and turning lately at night, and was wondering if anyone here uses it, and if so, what good/bad effects you see?  Thanks!







To keep it Bodybuilding related, these glutes are way too far from shredded...

It's sold here as PMS relief.  My cramps have been noticably reduced.

Ya it seems to zonk me out if I haven't got a head full of stress keeping me awake.  Can't say I noticed any strength gains tho.

That in the daytime and ambien and kava kava at night has Big Benny sleeping like a baby.  ;)

You might need to call your boyfriend PEA BRAIN to have him whisper sweet nothings into the phone before you can fall asleep, "24.0 Is My IQ."  :-\
