true.  gained some weight since i went back on insulin.  gotta work it off.  I think one thing i miss most is the physical contact.  I miss sitting on the couch or laying in bed together.  she was my human snuggie lol

i was at 185 then jumped up to 210.  UGH.  I played soccer the other day and was gassed after 10 minutes.  got taken out and landed on my back, still friggin sore
