question for MSNBC fans

Did Rachel Maddow recently get a sex change?I turned on the Ed Show yesterday and I see this "guy" hosting for Ed who has the EXACT same mannerisms,the exact same delivery,the same sarcastic stupidity,the same inane points and even the same hair style and breathing styles.Other then a SLIGHTLY deeper voice,its a dead ringer for Rachel.

Now,if it isnt Maddow,does MSNBC make sure every host follows some type of directive that each one has to be an Olbermann/Maddow knock off.I dont get it,why would you copy people that are incredible failures in the ratings.Watching this "guy' made my skin crawl.Watching Maddow blather on is annoying enough but to see some no talent idiot copy her is even worse.

But seriously,I know Im always bashing MSNBC but this time even you would have to admit the guys whole gimmick is almost EXACTLY like Maddows.I sat there listening and Im thinking "is this a joke and the guy is doing an impression".I called my wife in the room and said "who does this sound like" and she says right away"that lady Maddow".It was really really creepy.I mean even his hand gestures and the way he took a breath and looked down  before a punch line was like a Maddow clone.Again,I bash the network,but come on,even the most left wing lib has to admit thats a really wierd thing to see.
