Well yesterday I sent 2 emails to Fox and 2 to msnbc, they were exactly the same as the thread I posted about the a-whale skimmer ship. So far have heard nothing except on Becks show, he mentioned it for 5 mins in the opening segment of his show.

Hmmm I wonder why msnbc hasnt?? After all they are the tree hugging earth loving we are going to save the planet liberals. Why dont they want to report on this story? I think i know why!!

between myself and the rest of the guys at the shop someone has been watching it all day and have seen nothing, we have 4 televisions at the shop, we watch espn2 cnn msnbc and fox. so they are always on. and in the mornings at the gym they have all that stuff playing too!

Msnbc has a pretty good morning show, they have good debates and present alot of facts. They dont just name call and try to be the next comedy central night show host. Other than that the rest of msnbc people are clowns, and rarely ever present anything without so much spin on it that you get dizzy. Fox news morning show has a goofy bunch of people. I cant really watch too much hannity. He dont want to debate anything just bash bash bash. Hell I can bash these people myself. I wanna hear some debating.

I like debating but I think there is a tendency on all sides to just opine in an effort to fill air time when all we can really do is speculate

i dont think they are ignoring me, they have an agenda to stick to. if they stray away from it the admin will come down on the unions, the unions will come down on general electric and g.e. will fire some peoples asses.

maybe they just have more stories than they can cram into an hour or whatever their time frame is or maybe they just want to investigate more or figure out some angle that hasn't been looked at

if it's a real story then usually everyone get's around to it

well whatever the case is this story should be on every news channel, not just cable political news outlets. and keep it on there and keep talking about it until the government puts it into use and see if it really can clean up 500,000 barrels a day.

bp has asked to use it but obama wouldnt lift the jones act, then this week he lifted it, but stated that no ship can participate until it is inspected and given the ok. and to no surprise the people responsible for conducting the inspections arent getting in any hurry, if you know what i am getting at, which takes the heat off obama by giving him the ability to say, ( hey i lifted the act, its on the inspectors now) and dont think that obama isnt controling the inspectors, they are all union.

well inspections for naval ships dont take half as long or even 1/8th as long as these inspectors are taking to inspect these ships that are being offered

This is off subject but it is an MSNBC-FOX post.I watched Olbermann for about two minutes last night.He was ranting about Glenn Beck and then had the balls to insult Beck because his movie didnt do well at the box office.

Is this guy serious?He DARES knock ANYTHING Beck does.THe same Beck that kicks his ass every single day in the ratings?The same Beck that puts a book out and sells more copies in one day then EVERY MSNBC host COMBINED ever will sell.THe same Beck that has the third most listened to radio show in the country?

Olbermann DARES and brings up success or popularity when Beck beats his ass everyday and Beck is on at 5pm.Then Olbermann has on Bill Press who joins in the mocking of Beck.Press ,who just wrote a book which wont sell 5,000 copies much like Shultz who has sold 4,000 copies.Its a joke.

You guys knock me for ratings talk,but here is OLbermann bringing up movie sales but somehow ignoring the FACT that Beck is a million times more influencial,more poppular and beats the living hell out of him day after day after day.What a putz Olbermann truly is.Maybe he can read more of that book in that oversized chair,thats a ratings getter.
