That's what's called insecurity  :D
no insecurity is hiding the truth, I stand by what I said.

Classic, "it just a game" after losing face ::) If you must know I was intending to post my own progress, but since I figured  you'd tear into me either way, I skipped a step into pointing out the obvious.

Exactly where in this thread did I lose face?? I love when guys like you claim "victory" when you didn't do anything

All I see is someone who is obsessed with me and what I say around here .

Again...who fucking cares? I certainly don't give a shit about what you post and wouldn't know you from Adam if you didn't start stalking me lately.

Didn't really give a shit until I realized your 45, and your still getting on with this crap. Just wanted to point out the obvious. All you see is someone who is obsessed with you, and all i see is cheap entertainment this is the internet after all. :-*.

For the play by play I saw groink's post to Ursus. I mistook their heterosexual bonding ritual for an insult. Instead of posting my own trivial gains story, i decided to follow up with insult to groinks age, which followed up the whole deal. For the record I took my goal for the week to point out that Groink is old and immature, which gets ignored due to his physique, due to boredem and the internet.

This "Lundgrenisgod" character decided to shit directly into the thread again.

I gained about 20 lbs in the last year.  First year where I really ate enough to gain weight.

I pointed out what no one else will about you. That you go on this delusion that your the ultimate, despite being the oldest poster. Your the one that keeps replying to a semi gimmick just to defend your overinflated ego.

I'm not the oldest poster here by a long shot, but i am my age...which i have no problem with.

I'm replying because i enjoy taking people's words and sticking them up their ass, no matter who they are.

What the fuck does age have to do with anything. Lundren, it seems like your grasping at straws, desperate in an attempt to make Groink look bad. Why the obsession?

A year ago I retired from a job which I'd held for almost thirty years. With retirement came the time and freedom to hit the gym on a much more regular basis. When working, something was always coming up which I allowed to interfere with my gym schedule. Now, I had no excuse for not working out.

I should have jumped right into working out, but I didn't. I took a three month break from doing anything at all besides enjoying the summer. Once fall hit, I settled into a good solid workout routine, going to the gym six days a week and working out for anywhere from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours each day. I got plenty of rest; at least 8 hours a night and often more. -Been eating three solid healthy meals a day plus a protein drink before and another one after each workout.

My doctor put me on TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). Although I started on Androgel, I later switched to Testosterone Cypionate. Presently I self inject a little over a half ml a week. The therapy seems to be going well.

When I retired, my stats were 5’ 11”, 195 lbs. 34” waist, 45” chest, 15 ½ “ biceps, 24” quads, 16” calves, 17” neck. Today my stats are 5’ 11” 220 lbs. 34” waist, 47” chest, 17” biceps, 27” quads. 16” calves, 17 ½” neck. I don't know my body fat percentage, but my abs look more defined than they did a year ago. However, if I was to guess, I'd say my body fat percentage either stayed about the same or slightly increased. I am sixty-five years old.

How do you find your overall moods now that you're on TRT?

I'm about 10-12 lbs lighter in similar condition from last year. I stopped AAS use mid June last year. Previously, I'd lose 20-25 lbs when off longer than 3 months, but it seems that some muscle maturity and metabolism changes have helped me retain more muscle in my early thirties than when I was in my mid-late 20s.

Shoulders(due to behind the neck presses) and legs improved. Less fat though still too much.
"Heavy" weight over long periods of time and mini increments allowed me to progress a little.
No curls or other add-on exercises for me.

My mood is excellent! In fact, I stopped taking Welbutrin XL because I no longer feel depressed at times. Of course it could be the absence of stress as a result of being retired from work. I've always tended to be impatient. I believe since being on TRT I've been less so.

Good work man!

Thanks, I have goals of increasing various measurements. I'd like to add at least another 2" to my arms, chest and quads. Of course, it would be nice to lose about 2" off my waist. My forearms and calves never seem to grow. They give me up as a former skinny guy.
