The Great Wall of USA
« on: July 01, 2010, 06:18:44 PM »
China built a great wall thousands of years ago. Here is what you do. You round up all illegals, one at a time. Have them build huge camps around the border. Place them in these camps. They get decent food and water. Then put them to work building a huge wall all along the US border. With 10 million workers this should go much faster than the great wall of China. After this is completed you thank them for their labor and send them packing back to Mexico. The wall would have to be about 20-30 feet tall with motion sensors to detect activity along the mexican side.

Perhaps some of these illegals are allowed to stay if they can pay their way back in. Payment to be in Gold: $20,000 per head.

This WILL prevent future illegals from entering in huge numbers. Sure some may get through but not a lot.

Unemployed US citizens and legal immigrants can take the jobs that the illegals abandon while toiling on the wall. The Great Wall of USA.

What do you think of this stellar plan? You have to abandon polical correctness to impliment. After all they broke the law so this is a form of punishment and you achieve something in the process.

um, every major canddiate for president /veep for the last, say, 20 years has been either in favor of amnesty, or willing to go along with it.  none of them talk about such a thing.  bush spent a fortune on one that never got past square one, mccain tried to pass amnesty with everyone else cheering him on.

until we get a quality winner like Thune - someone who is so anti-immigrant that he won't even eat at Taco bell - we're not going to see a thing change.

Eh, two anti-amnesty would be too much.

Domestic economy/infrastruture expert, and despite never serving, he has spent time on Committee on Armed services,

So light energy, very light economy, light military.  Very strong leadership, very far right on conservative distratcion social issues.

Following the election of an outright LIB, america usually swings FAR RIGHT in the next election.  So a far-right GOP person just may get it.  Who will it be?  Palin or Thune?  Probably one of these 2.  Romney will give it his all, and will be a solid VP pick for Thune.

An anti-amnesty agenda would be overwhelmingly popular in the next election.

the political climate and society's views have changed 240...this is not the time to talk about amnesty just like it wasnt the time to talk about health care...but I assume you will shill and continue to point out that palina and mccain supported it to justify obama  ::) ::) ::)
