hi i want to tone up a little before holiday in august (like most) 4 weeks before i go im going to change my diet to.
beakfast 3 boiled eggs
dinner veg tuna
afternoon veg turkey
super 3 eggs
i know its boring but i find it easier to eat the same thing every day. question is, im 5'11 180 pounds, how muh of a difference will this make to my body shape in just 4 weeks?
just want to look a bit leaner
