He claims this is what he used to eat at his peak.

Could you handle it?

MEAL #2: 1.5 Met-Rx Packets (white packet) with 100g carb (ultrafuel)
MEAL #3: 6 McDonalds Cheeseburgers with Fries and 2 Apple Pies
MEAL #4: 1.5 Met-Rx Packets (white packet) with 100g carb (ultrafuel)
MEAL #5: 12 whole eggs, 1 cup oats, 1 cup apple juice, 40g whey protein-- BLEND and DRINK
MEAL #6: 1.5 Met-Rx Packets (white packet) with 100g carb (ultrafuel)
MEAL #7: Chicken (8oz) with 1 cup rice

if you decide to do this food intakw which is common,,cut off the metrex shit they are nto good ,,use mhp comlex weight gainer ,,much much better,,the only company gh15 would recomend and also only for the mhp up the mass ,,

Total fucking bullshitter. Bodybuilders always double or sometimes triple the food they supposedly eat, but confide to taking only about a 1/3th or 1/4th of the drugs they're really taking. Work out the math and you'll get the real numbers. That's always how it is.

It's a fucking lie that isn't even worth entertaining. I'll spare the kilojoules of energy by not rolling my eyes over this BS. Dave Palumbo... ::)
