Glad I'm not living there right now..Even worse in heatwaves in NYC is being in the subway..

Remembering august 14, 2004. Huge Blackout in the east..being in the underground in SOHO..NOT FUNNN, then walk mid town.

I remember it because it was a month after a thong wearing competition I did. I lived on LI at the time. Only place open with a generator was a Greek restaurant. I ate there about 12 times in 2-3 days.

I went into deli this morning. The owner is an Arab. MFer didn't have an Air Conditioner on. I guess they're used to this kind of heat in the Middle East. I was in there for 2 minutes and almost passed out.

He had one. It just wasn't on. Either it was broken, or the guy was too cheap to turn it on, probably the latter. It's the classic example of being penny smart and dollar foolish.  You save money on the electrical bill but no one comes into the store.

Oh man, I was living in E. Rutherford..Fucking sea of people at Penn station..Fuck I didnt make it home until 1am, thank god the power was on there..Hope it was a good greek restaraunt. Im sure it was, us greeks can cook..well most can..
The store I managed in NOHO didn't have power for 3 days

Im on the shoreline in CT a fucking humid 98 degrees but heat index is claiming 102..ARRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHH

Fucking good thing about this weather, gym is empty, they had the ac cranking at 330 but it was still like 80 degrees in there

I dunno about some of you, I don't have an appetite in this weather even if in AC..and good news gonna be like this for 4 fucking days
